Who is Ladder?

Ladder is an AFL Players’ Association charity. Ladder aims to make young people’s lives better, in particular young people experiencing homelessness. Ladder runs a variety of programs for young people, including a mentoring program. 

The brief: Build a comprehensive online induction program that equips Ladder mentors with the fundamental skills and knowledge they need to confidently, safely and effectively support a young person. 

What I did: Designed the program structure and delivery method, conducted research, engaged subject matter experts, wrote the program content (including video scripts), developed visual concepts in line with Ladder’s brand identity, scheduled filming, directed the videos included in the program, managed client communications and negotiated project timelines.
