Who is Viridian Advisory? 

Viridian Advisory is a financial advisory firm. 

The brief: Creating an engaging online induction program that ensures a consistent on-boarding process for Viridian Advisory employees and that promotes Viridian Advisory’s organisational culture. 

What I did: Designed the program structure and delivery method, conducted research, wrote the program content (including video scripts), developed visual concepts in line with Viridian’s brand identity, directed the videos and animations included in the program, and managed client communications.
