Who is Disability Employment Australia (DEA)?

DEA is a membership organisation that represents and supports Australia’s Disability Employment Services (DES) sector, and that works to promote improved employment opportunities and outcomes for people with disability. 

The brief: Create an engaging online training program for the Disability Employment Services (DES) sector that promotes: 

• A best practice approach to service delivery. 

• Provider compliance with DES guidelines and regulations.

• Improved choice and control for DES participants. 

• Improved employment opportunities and outcomes for people with disability. 

What I did: Designed the program structure and delivery method, conducted research, wrote the program content (including video scripts), developed visual concepts in line with DEA’s brand identity, scheduled filming, directed the videos and animations included in the program, managed client communications, negotiated project timelines, contributed to program marketing strategy and produced marketing materials for the program.
